T-EYA BEAUTY PRODUCTS Terms and conditions:

For USA domestic orders.

Here at T-EYA BEAUTY PRODUCTS,  we offer standard shipping, meaning 1 to 7 business days.

For international orders, 

We are not accepting international orders at the moment, and for that we apologize. We strive to find a solution to it in a near future. 

Order and processing time

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluded holidays and weekends. Once you place your order, please allow us up to 7 business days to process it. Our orders are process on business days. Any order that comes through after 3 pm CST is considered the next business day. If it comes through on Friday after 3 pm CST, it will be processed on the following business day.

It is not the responsibility of T-EYA BEAUTY PRODUCTS,  but that of the customer to provide an accurate address,  to make sure that he/she is at home in time for delivery, and to ensure that the package does not exceed the maximum amount of time at the pick up location. If the package is returned to T-EYA BEAUTY PRODUCTS LLC  due to incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be liable for the reshipment costs. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, furthermore, no refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

Once the order has been submitted,  the customer cannot cancel, get a refund, credit or make a replacement. So, make sure to review your order before submission. 

Damaged or Missing Products

Once your package is received,  please inspect it thoroughly to ensure the accuracy of the item. It is possible for items to shift in transit, and cause wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the carrier. If any item is damaged upon arrival, please submit a ticket (within 10 business days) with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and we will be happy to assist you.

We reserves 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the initial shipment date.
